Complex, heterogeneous systems should exchange information in a safe and secure way: system of systems has added values. With an MSc in E.E and PhD in C.S., his main research interests are computer network traffic analysis and modelling with traditional and machine learning methods, hardware acceleration, network performance measurements, network monitoring and management, fault localization, traffic classification, end-to-end QoS issues, Service Oriented Architectures, Internet of Things, V2X communication, security and safety of industrial IoT, system interoperability. As a WP leader of many EU projects, he is driven by creating prototypes for advanced platforms, services or applications that lead to practically useful and effectively utilized products and services.
