The HD map of the track can support the testing and simulation process and provides ground truth for measurement and data collection. The Lidar scans provide punctuality down to 2 cm, making it the exact copy of the real one.
The model of the SmartCity in RoadRunner includes roads and intersections with right-lane layouts. Simplified models of buildings, facades and barriers, and fences in the SmartCity are included as separate assets in the model.
Realistic traffic signs and road markings have been modeled as separate assets and placed in the model to support testing. Furthermore, different parking arrangements are included in the model.
